A trailblazing retail leader with 30+years of global experience, from his beginnings at Walmart to founding LAUNCH in 2003, a powerhouse brokerage shaping the future of retail. Jeff's strategic expertise has propelled businesses to exceed $750M annually, setting new benchmarks in the industry. As a proud US Army veteran from Operation Desert Storm, Jeff's leadership extends far beyond corporate realms. Hailing from a line of veterans, Jeff's commitment to service runs deep, reflected in his involvement with Sheep Dog, a national non-profit dedicated to supporting veterans, law enforcement, fire & rescue, and EMS personnel.


When he's not revolutionizing retail, you'll find Jeff exploring the great outdoors with his wife and two children, embodying the spirit of service and adventure.

Tom Stark

Chief Executive Officer


Tom, a proud University of Georgia alum, brought 23 years of sales and management experience to LAUNCH® when he joined in 2006. As the CEO, he oversees all operations and sales functions, driving the company's success with his seasoned expertise. Outside of work, Tom is a devoted family man. Together with his wife, he has three sons, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. Tom enjoys spending time at the beach and other outdoor activities like cycling, gardening, and landscaping. His leadership continues to propel LAUNCH® forward, reflecting his commitment to both excellence in his career and his cherished family time.

Arthur Emmanuel

President, Global Operations & Strategic Sourcing


Arthur brings over four decades of experience in retail operations and global sourcing, primarily from his extensive tenure at Walmart. Renowned for his strategic leadership and close relationship with Walmart founder Sam Walton, Arthur has driven significant advancements in sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships. His notable achievements include managing a $12 billion sourcing organization and leading Walmart's successful market entries into Argentina and Brazil. Arthur's dedication to excellence and innovation are invaluable as we build global sourcing initiatives for the future.

Steve Ronchetto

SVP, Business Development & Strategic Partnerships


With 30 years of retail expertise under his belt, 28 of which were dedicated to Walmart, he's a true student of merchandising. From starting his career at Walmart as an intern to retiring as a VP of Merchandising, his journey is truly inspiring. Steve's extensive experience, network and knowledge built over time make him an invaluable asset to LAUNCH®. Steve is passionate about serving through his church at Hope for the City, and investing in the next generation. Outside of the office, you'll catch him balancing his three teenage boys' activities or enjoying outdoor adventures with his family.

Chris Myers

SVP, Sales & Analytics


With 22 years of retail experience, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He's been an integral part of our LAUNCH® family for 11 years, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field. A finance and accounting expert turned retail veteran, Chris's commitment to his career is matched only by his devotion to his faith and family - he's a proud father of three boys! Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and kids, whether they're adventuring outdoors or simply unwinding on the patio together. On game days, you can bet he's cheering on his favorite team and alma mater, Oklahoma State!

David Scogin

Strategic Advisor


David Scogin is a seasoned leader with nearly 34 years of experience at Walmart, Inc., where he spent 21 years as Vice President in Merchandising across various categories, including grocery, consumables, and general merchandise. During his impressive tenure, he managed multi-billion-dollar P&L responsibilities, with notable achievements in China and overseeing merchandising for Sam's Clubs. David brings an extensive omni-channel merchandising background to his role as Strategic Advisor, leveraging his vast expertise to drive strategic initiatives and innovations at LAUNCH®.

Sandra Maertens

Chief Financial Officer


Sandra holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, bringing over 26 years of experience in accounting to her role as CFO at LAUNCH®, where she started in 2011. Originally from Southwest Missouri, Sandra has called Northwest Arkansas home for 32 years. She cherishes spending time with her two young grandchildren, ages 2 and 4, and is actively involved at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Bentonville, AR. Sandra's extensive expertise and dedication play a crucial role in the financial leadership and success of LAUNCH®.
